  • I need help finding the right fit!

Our Fit Guide guide is the perfect place to start! We purposefully create bikinis that are adjustable with fabric that forms to your body. Place a heavier emphasis on your waist measurement for bottoms, and emphasis on how much coverage you'd want for tops.

  • Do your tops have padding?

Our Perfect Match Collection does not have padding, however it has the slots available to add your own if you'd like to!

  • What is the best way to care for my BoatClub bikini?

To keep your bikini in the best condition, hand wash it in cold and lay flat to dry in the shade. Before you dive in, give your suit a quick rinse! Dry fabric absorbs chlorine like a sponge, but a splash of fresh water first helps protect the fabric and keep your bikini looking its best.

  • Can I wear sunscreen with my suit?

Absolutely! (and we hope you do!) If sunscreen gets on your suit, wash it as soon as you can. If the stain sticks around, soak it in a mix of water and baking soda before washing again—that should do the trick!

  • Where are BCB suits designed and manufactured?

BCB suits are designed in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and produced in Portugal with Italian fabric.

  • What’s BoatClub Bikinis’ take on sustainability?

Fewer, better bikinis that actually last. Our suits are made to keep up with you—from salty swims to sunset cocktails—so you’re not constantly replacing cheap, throwaway pieces. Less waste, more wear.

Our packaging has a purpose—bikini bags double as makeup pouches, and hang tags can be used as bookmarks. We produce in small batches to reduce waste and manufacture in Portugal at a factory we’ve personally visited to ensure quality and ethical production.

Orders

  • When will my order ship?

Orders placed with standard and express shipping take 1-3 business days to process. Orders are shipped out from Vancouver, BC, Monday - Friday and you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order goes out. Please note that shipments don't go out on the weekends.

  • I've ordered pre-sale, now what?

Items will ship when available. If you've ordered a pre-sale item along with items readily available on our site, you can expect two separate packages.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

Our team works quickly to get your order out and changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

Shipping

We ship from Vancouver, BC for all Canadian orders, so no customs or duties. Prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and speed of delivery. Please note that carriers do not ship on weekends or holidays so your quoted delivery days are business days only, from the time of fulfillment.

  • Do you ship to the USA?

  • How do I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped out.

Orders placed with standard and express post shipping take 1-3 business days to process. Shipping times at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays can sometimes occur. Carriers do not operate/deliver on the weekends and shipping estimates are business days only.

  • Lost of stolen packages?

If you're notified that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us at hello@boatclubbikinis.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

  • Can I update my shipping address?

Our team works quickly to get your orders out and changes cannot be made once your order is placed. We will ship to the address entered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What's your return policy?

*Note: All accessories and items marked final sale on site and at checkout are ineligible for refunds/exchanges. 



Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original BoatClub Bikinis tags. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags.

  • Is there a return fee?

If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund due. Note that this fee is not per item and only one $15 charge will be made per return order. If multiple returns/exchanges are generated on the same order, the return fee will be applied to each return order.

  • How do I initiate a return/exchange?

Send us an email at hello@boatclubbikinis.com including your name, order number, reason for return/exchange and we'll take of you.

  • How do I get my refund?

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, minus the $15 return processing fee per return order. Note: it may take 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
